Young aged 18-29: 4.434, 19,3% homeless (of which 3.402 immigrants). Decrease since 2005.
Prevention: discharge from institutional care.

•Emancipation Observatory: 80% under-30, stay at home
•Southern Europe Model: late emancipation, family networks support, limitations.
The road to adulthood
•Youth unemployment 16-24: 54% . Other situations: temporary employment or underemployment. Obstacle to access housing
