After nearly two decades of graphic de-
sign and business experience spanning
many industries, I have become special-
ized in creative problem solving. Focus-
ing on using visual and tactile methods,
to incorporate the perspective of others
and come to project resolutions. I aim
to create functional work environments
and engaging experiences. By working
with and leading teams, I continue to
feel passionate about the creative pro-
cess. I have a degree in photography
and keep current in new technologies.

Internal responsibilities:
	Content/design direction for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
	Design/maintenance of company websites and social media.
	Develop/implement company policies, procedures, training, marketing and
technologies as part of the management team.
	Design/maintenance of MIM office (furnishings, equipment, etc.).
	Manage special projects (budgets, timelines, trafficking, reporting0).
Client responsibilities:
	Design direction for meeting and event space (branding, decor, layout).
	Design/implementation of meeting theme/branding and ensure proper rep-
resentation throughout the event (websites, registration sites, meeting apps,
directional signage, meeting materials, promotional items, gifts, etc.).
	Development, technical support, and content management for online meeting
registration and meeting apps (Cvent, CrowdCompass).
	On-site event support (meeting app content/updates, room decor, theme/
brand continuity, signage), solve critical issues, and liaise between attendees,
client and venue.

	Founder and co-owner, built this company from a small in-home business to
