Q: What should I know about
scheduling extra office space?
A: The conference room, day office,
and training room are all first-
come-first-serve. If you need to
reserve time in any of these rooms
we suggest you email both
receptionists at:
valerie@amexsuites.com and
receptionist@amexsuites.com. You
can also give us a call at (801)676-
6500 or come to the front desk to
let us know immediately. We will
make sure your time will be added
to the calendar, which is posted
outside the conference room. This
lets our tenants know what times
and what rooms are available that
day. If you must cancel your
scheduled time, let us know at least
2 hours ahead.* If you don’t cancel,
the time will be counted toward
your total monthly usage.
