– Refer to how well your body functions, these components are the body composition,
cardiovascular fitness or endurance, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance.
▪ Skill-Related Fitness Components
– These are the components that factor up your fitness level with regards to skills.

3. Mentally Healthy
- It is a state in which your mind is engaged in lively interaction with the world around
you.
4. Socially Healthy
- It is the ability to relate with others, both within and outside the family unit.

upper and lower numbers.
▪ It is placed at the beginning of the staff after the clef and key
signature. It is read by saying the numbers in succession.
