Creating a button on a passport involves 8 steps: 1) Access the Tools option, 2) Go to Mgr Wkstn, 3) Access Speedkey Maintenance from Setup, 4) Navigate to the Speed key Maintenance window, 5) Select Add Key to add a button in the purple area, 6) Look up the desired item and icon, 7) Enter a description and save, 8) Verify the button on the home screen.

1. Creating Button on Passport
Step 1 | From Home, click on more until you find the Tools option. Click Tools option.
Step 2 | Go to Mgr Wkstn
Step 3 | Go to Setup > Register > Speedkey Maintenance

2. Step 4 | Navigate to Speed key Maintenance window and follow the next steps:
1. If a speed key is already created, you can select the item from the left box
and click the Change button to make modifications to the existing key
2. If no speed key is created or you wish to create a new key, select the Add
option in the drop down menu. [Refer to step 5 – 6 for more details on change/add]
Step 5 | Select Add Key button to add button in the .purple area
[The position of the button can be placed anywhere within the purple area].

3. Step 6 | Look up for item and icon to add the desired key.
Select the button next to the Code field to look up item.
Select the button next to the Icon field to look up icon.
[If you have selected an existing key to change, you can make the changes from this screen as well and hit Save
to apply changes]
Step 7 | Make sure you have selected the appropriate item and enter the item
description in the Key Menu Description button. Finally hit Save to finish.

4. Step 8 | Go to home screen to verify the key has been applied successfully.
