Mirko Scardoni applied for the renewal of his Manager's Certificate under section 224 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. The Alcohol Licensing Inspector and Police had no objections to renewing the certificate. There was also no information to suggest Mirko Scardoni had inappropriately managed the sale and supply of alcohol. As a result, the Auckland District Licensing Committee granted Mirko Scardoni a renewed Manager's Certificate for another three years.

DECISION
[1] I have before me an application by Mirko Scardoni of 38/6 Winchester Street,
Grey Lynn, Auckland for a grant of renewal of a Manager's Certificate.
[2] The Alcohol Licensing lnspector and Police have no objection to the granting of a
renewal of a manager's certificate.
[3] There is no information to suggest that the manager has managed the sale and
supply of alcohol in an inappropriate manner.
[4] ! have considered the matters to which I must have regard in section 227 of the
Sale and Supply of Alcohol Ac|2012.
[5] Accordingly, I grant Mirko Scardoni a Manager's Certificate for a further three
years.
