Integrated Service Model
•The Strategic Skills Pipeline is the
framework within which the city's
Integrated Employability Service
(IES) is organised.
•The aim is that local and national
service providers collaborate to
meet the "full" needs of our
jobseekers and employers.
•The Get On Gateway provides
integrated access to services.
•5 local Employability Hubs were
commissioned to help ensure ease
of access to services across the
city.

A total GDV in excess of £2.14 billion 1.3 million sq ft of retail and leisure space
The potential to support approximately
20,000 FTE jobs upon completion, plus
28,000 jobs during construction
1,600 hotel bedrooms
1.5 million sq ft of Grade A office space 1,650 residential units.
