I will need to support these facts later with evidence from documents and deposition testimony. Here is what I learned on the client call: • The injury at work occurred on May 2, 2018 at approximately 12:00pm • Multiple co-workers witnessed the fall including Henrietta Becker and Steve Pritchett • Although the roof had been known to leak, appropriate signage was not out warning employees of a slippery surface • Client states that employees routinely complain about inadequate working conditions

Scenario: In Review, I’ve identified documents and transcript testimony that will support the facts/claims in my case. I need to cite these items as support for my existing facts.
