still being able to distinguish itself from it’s
surroundings.
 In the armpit of the site
 Cozy, protected atmosphere, where
different relations with the site can be
accomplished.
 Connection, directly from Gasthuisberg
 Cutting through the vegetation, to create an
inviting, yet semi-private entrance to
Maggie’s
 By providing main entrance directly from
the road passing by the site, the center is
accessible for all.
 But Maggie’s is also accessible from places
where it extends itself into the hillside

 Becoming one with nature
 Dividing functions in different blocks, each facing a direction
 Blocks themselves are entities, with a specific character that differs not only
by its specific conditions, but also by its relation to the outside and the other
blocks
 Places in between not only circulation !!! => different possibilities
