○ Admin can add a delivery boy to the application.

Informative Dashboard
The dashboard of the admin login
comprises all information related to admin
along with the delivery boy status.
● The orders and sales information are
displayed in numeric as well as
graphical format.
● Various orders accordance to status are
also displayed- Pending, Process and
Completed orders.
● Delivery boys location are also visible,
along with information their
status(working or non working).

Order management by Admin
● Pending- When the order has just
arrived and is not assigned to any of
the delivery boys.
● Processing- After the assignment of
order to the delivery boy. The status
of order changes to processing which
means delivery boy is working on it.
● Delivered- Finally, the order has
reached its destination that is to the
customer and delivery boy changes
the order to delivered.

Notifications
In admin panel notification play a vital role, as
the keep admin informed about orders.This
builds a link between all three customer, admin
and delivery boy.
● Notifications have two sections Alerts and
Messages.
● Alerts- Its contains the information about
orders as New order information or change
in status of order
● Message contains the chat of admin with
both delivery boy and customer.
○ Admin can receive feedback from
customer.
○ Admin can even ask questions from
delivery boy.

Adding Delivery Boy Details
Admin can add delivery boy with the help of the
application login.
● The details of delivery boy can be added to the
application by admin, like-
○ Delivery Boy Profile Image
○ Delivery Boy Name
○ Contact Number
○ Email Id
○ Vehicle number
○ Vehicle Type
● The registered delivery boy then can be selected
for delivery by admin.

Dashboard
The delivery boy login contains dashboard
which contains details about delivery boy.It
contains-
● Presence button which can be set to
On/Off.
● Details of Orders and Sales in numeric
and graphical format for both Lifetime
and Average Daily basis.
● Other personal details as Contact
Number, Email Id, Vehicle number, and
Vehicle type.

Notifications
The delivery boy also has a
notification section in which he
receives-
● Alerts- This will give the
information about orders
which are assigned to him.
● Message- The application
gives delivery boy a great
functionality to chat with
admin and ask queries about
the order or customer.

Order management by Delivery Boy
Delivery boy can view orders as follows-
● New- Those orders which are assigned by the admin
to delivery boy at the very moment and no action
have been taken by him till now(like confirmation,
pick up, etc.)
● Processing-Those orders on which delivery boy is
working on are reflected here. Either the order is
being picked by him or he is on the way to deliver
the order.
● Delivered- All the history associated with the
delivered order that is all those orders which the
delivery boy has successfully given to the customer.

Customer End
● Tracking-The customer can easily
track the delivery activity of
delivery boy. This is useful for
customer as the have full
knowledge of their order delivery.
● Chat with Admin- The customer
can easily chat with admin, so as
to ask queries about the order, or
provide feedback or other details
can be derived.
