His focus was on educating the public about the realities of drug impaired driving. He also shared information about impaired driving in New Mexico. His presentation is full of video clips that show how messages need to be emotional and / or focus of law enforcement. The concerns for the future we take away are new legislation (recreational marijuana), law enforcement (training) and very broad demographic that needs to be reached.
