This document give you insight into how I think as a leader. What is important to me and what are things that people who work with and for me need to know about how I approach leadership. It includes non-negotiables that indicate behaviors and/or approaches that do not work for me
Within the pharmaceutical industry, there is a constant demand for skilled and qualified professionals at all levels. While getting into the pharmaceutical industry and climbing the corporate ladder is not easy, it can be done. Specifically, pharmaceutical companies and CROs should create career paths that strategically position entry level SAS statistical programmers to junior and then to senior/management level positions. Motivated SAS programmers need to be prepared to meet the growing technical and management challenges.

In The Trust Edge, David Horsager reveals the foundation of genuine success- — trust. Based on research but made practical for today’s leader, The Trust Edge shows that trust is quantifiable and brings dramatic results to businesses and leaders.
In this book, Horsager teaches readers how to build the Eight Pillars of Trust.
When leaders learn how to implement these pillars, they enjoy better relationships,
reputations, retention, revenue and results. Fascinating and timely, The Trust
Edge unveils how trust has the ability to accelerate or destroy any business, organization or relationship. The lower the trust, the more time everything takes, the
more everything costs and the lower the loyalty of everyone involved. Conversely,
an environment of trust leads to greater innovation, morale and productivity. The
trusted leader is followed. From the trusted salesperson, people will buy. For the
trusted brand, people will pay more, come back and tell others. Trust, not money,
is the currency of business and life!

10 Must-Have Work Ethics in Daily Work RoutineHatem Ramadan
Work ethics are defined as set of values and beliefs that drives one’s behavior in the workplace towards colleagues, managers and probably customers as well. A healthy environment is mainly based on group of people with positive work ethics communicating with each other, therefore all companies and big organizations are embedding certain ethics in their internal charters to encourage its employees to closely observe their work attitude.
In these slides I’ll share with you my thoughts on the most important work ethics based on real work-life situations of which it had a great impact to boost my career and others in a way much further.

For many years now, I've been lucky enough to be teaching leadership at the HEC in Paris. This is a real opportunity for a manager. It allows me to stay in contact with young people and more broadly, with all those women and men, who decide to go back to school to improve their knowledge or simply for a personal challenge. It's also an effective way of keeping up-to-date on the latest theories and trends in ideas and practices in this field of study that has always fascinated me.

5. If your looking for a hard working employee who takes pride in their work and has a great work
ethic, then look no further. I pride myself on being responsible and dedicated to a cause.
I have been in the accounting field for over 15 years and have recently graduated from the
University of Phoenix with a Bachelors degree in accounting. I have had the experience, now I have the
education to back it up.
I have a great work ethic. I am always dependable and reliable which means you can count on me
to get the job done. The only thing I expect from my employer is respect and appreciation for the work I
perform.
The following slides are a description of my character. I am very easy to get along with and can
easily adapt to new or changing ideas. I care about the people I work with and am willing to lend a hand
whenever I can. I respect my peers and my bosses and will bend over backward to ensure that the end
product meets or exceeds expectations. You can always expect the highest quality from me.
6. Versatility
I pride myself on being versatile. I enjoy learning new things and applying new concepts. That’s what makes
me excel at what I do. I have learned a lot in my life and I like sharing what I’ve learned with others. There
will always be something that needs to be done and I am the person that can get the job done.
7. Integrity
“The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his
ability to affect those around him positively.” Bob Marley
Integrity is about the fundament moral values that one possesses. I have integrity. People trust
me because they know I will never do them harm or share personal information. I have very
strong moral values. I get along well with others because of this trait.
I live my values with coworkers, customers and others outside of the office.
8. Loyalty
Employee loyalty begins with employer loyalty. Your employees should know that if they do the
job they were hired to do with a reasonable amount of competence and efficiency, you will
support them. Harvey Mackay
I will give my employer my loyalty. I will stand by my employer even when the chips are down.
…the willing and practical and thoroughgoing devotion of a person to a cause".[] Loyalty is
thoroughgoing in that it is not merely a casual interest but a wholehearted commitment to a
cause (Mullin, 2005)
9. Commitment to Excellence
“Desire is the key to motivation, but it's determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit
of your goal - a commitment to excellence - that will enable you to attain the success you seek.”
Mario Andretti
I am committed to excellence. One has to have this virtue in order to succeed. I will give 100 per
cent to assure that the company meets or exceeds expectations.
10. Reliability and Dependability
Reliability means following through on our commitments, doing what we say we will do. When
we are reliable, others can count on us, and we can count on ourselves.
I am very reliable. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always on time and seldom take
time off. If I’m not there then it falls to one of my coworkers to pick up the slack for me.
Therefore, unless I’m sick in bed, you can count on me.
11. Accountability
I hold myself accountable for the work I perform. If I take responsibility and “own it” I’m much
more likely to a good job. I take my responsibilities very seriously. I take pride in my work. It’s not
only a reflection on me, but also on the company I work for.
“When it comes to privacy and accountability, people
always demand the former for themselves and the latter
for everyone else.” David Brin
