Elements of a Law 1. A just law is an ordinance of reason. reasonable a product of prudent deliberation not based merely on a person’s  or group’s whim or sentiments
Elements of a Law 2. A just law is properly promulgated. with opportunity to be evaluated  while being proposed  clearly communicated to all  people concerned
Elements of a Law 3. A just law is decreed by competent authority. Only persons with legitimate  authority have the power of  creating and implementing laws  for their respective communities.
Elements of a Law 4. A just law is for the sake of the common good. must foster the rights and dignity  of all persons and not just the  good of some.
Characteristics of a Law 1. Law is based on vision.
Characteristics of a Law 2. Law arises from and expresses basic values.
Violation : Placing oneself under the suspicion of cheating. This includes looking towards the paper of another student and communicating verbally or  non-verbally with another  student during recitation  or examination time.
Sanction Separation 4 th  offense  Suspension for five school days 3 rd  offense Suspension for three school days 2 nd  offense Written reprimand 1 st  offense
Violation : Overdue library books Sanction : A fine will be imposed. P10.00 a day for fiction books. P10.00 a day for non-fiction books. P10.00 an hour for reserved books.
Admission Requirements  for New Students : Single Certified true copy of Form 138 General average of 80% Conduct grade not lower  than B or 85% Letter of Recommendation  from the HS Principal
