IS THIS THE NEW STAR OF 2011?We asked Taylor about his adoring fans. ‘My fans have been brilliant to me, their support has help me settled into this industry, and without them I wouldn’t be where I am now and also my Family has helped me to get this far’. We asked Taylor who is his idol or who he would like to duet with. ‘well my idol has to be the ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson, I think his singing and his dancing is unique and mind-blowing. There are so many acts that I would love to duet with... But Trey Songz is brilliant. And I think no 17 year old boy would say no to a duet with Rihanna!’We then asked what's next for the new comer. ‘well I have my debut single coming out in two weeks . And I go on tour next year and tickets for that will be out this Summer’ What do you want to achieve next. ‘I think I have already achieve so much, so firstly I'm happy with that. But by being nominated for a Brit Award for best new comer, I would love to win that more that anything else at the minute’.At the age of 17, Taylor has promised us that there is more to see of him. Taylor T has come up from a poor background to smash the charts this year, beating Tinnie Tempah, Take That and Justin Bieber along the way. ‘Lyric magazine’ asked the star about how his feelings about the sudden shock of fame. ‘I’m having the time of my life, if you would of asked me last year, I would of never predicted to be where I am now, and yes the sudden success has be over welming but I think I could get use to it.’ Taylor started busking in his local town of Reading and at the age of 14 and was scouted by ‘Platium records’.
