Why?
Sharing work effectively among people is the way in which things

How?
A practical exercise involving string, sticky tape, cardboard tubes and
marbles test the participants level of comfort with stretch
assignments in a competitive team challenge.We explore Guiding and
Directing behaviours to enhance output and apply it during 3 rounds
of the Marbles Challenge. Fun and exciting but also serious when
reconsidering task assignments at work and how it is being supported
through Guiding or Directing behaviours.
What?
Strongly linked to the Coaching & Feedback modules, we explore
performance through delegation during this 2 hour demonstration of
the Can Do - Will Do model to effectively manage Stretch in teams.
