 Performs docketing duties such as amending, updating and closing cases through use of the office’s
electronic case tracking system, and searches for necessary information via this system as needed
 Develops and maintains an organized product range of files (both hard copy & electronically) for AUSAs
in both the Criminal & Appellate Divisions, complete with a suspense system for current case loads and
informs the appropriate AUSA of pending / changing dates and deadlines
 Handles consistent online filing of legal pleadings for AUSAs via the CM/ECF system
 Obligates funds for litigation expenses and monitors for continued necessity; reviews invoices and
submits to budget office for payment
 Maintains calendars for AUSAs, complete with a spreadsheet of assigned active cases; tracked filing
