The newly launched interactive Dictionary of Welsh Biography timeline tool will be used to highlight not only what can be achieved through sharing open data but the process needed to reach such an outcome, from outsourcing projects and events to the sharing of Digital images and linked open data. Learn about the impacts of work, from community engagement to hundreds of millions of image views. The speaker will explain how converting traditional metadata to linked open data can help to enrich datasets, improve user experience, and offer new insight into old collections.
