McKenzie Krawczyk was an exceptionally dedicated employee at Lou & Grey who learned the store's expectations very quickly and helped exceed daily sales goals and execute projects on time with her eye for trends and wonderful customer service. She was a self-starter who always showed up ready to work in a great mood and dressed to the brand's expectations, and could be trusted to remerchandise sections of the store, dress mannequins, hold the floor to high standards, and handle client issues with grace while building relationships.

McKenzie Krawczyk was by far one of the most dedicated employees I have ever
had the chance to work with and I consider myself lucky to have been able to watch her
flourish in the fashion industry. She has this incredible eye for trends, styles and patterns
that rivaled many of the seasoned associates at Lou & Grey. She learned the register,
back of house and floor expectations very quickly.
Using her eye and her wonderful costumer service, her skills helped us exceed
daily sales goals, execute projects on time and I felt that I could trust her to run the store
when I was not there. She is naturally prompt and a self-starter, she was also a great asset
