I had the privilege of employing Mr. Anderson during my term as Mayor for the City of Napavine. I
recruited Mr. Anderson after directly reviewing his work ethic as his co-worker at Providence Centralia
Hospital. He exemplified trust and competency at the hospital and I had no apprehension bringing him
to our team at the City.
When I began my term as Mayor I was in need of an IT specialist. The first name on the list was Mr.
Anderson. We were fortunate that he accepted. I placed Mr. Anderson in charge of all IT related duties.
He was responsible for overseeing and managing all of our computer and security systems. He was
competent in executing each task. In candid admission, neither I nor staff fully understood the
complexities of the various systems we employed. Within a short time Mr. Anderson was able to clearly
and effectively explain and execute the necessities of the system. He was able to not only educate us
but also expand our current use of the programs.
Mr. Anderson was placed in charge of all IT related business. He oversaw all programs related to the
Mayor’s Office, city clerk, city treasurer, court administrator, and police department. He performed his
duties with professionalism and grace.
I give my highest recommendation to Mr. Anderson for work related to both government based, as well
as confidential based, computer specialty. I am currently employed as a Physician Assistant where
confidentiality and security are paramount. While we are not presently in the need of a computer
specialist I would have no apprehension in recommending Mr. Anderson for the position in the event
that the need were there. I have no doubt that he would be able to fully execute, as well as overly
perform, the need for a position in secure law enforcement computer systems and networks. He has
proven himself in that position already and would certainly do the same if given the opportunity.
