Transmutation is the conversion of one element or nuclide into another, either naturally through radioactive decay or artificially through nuclear reactions. It has been studied since ancient alchemy when philosophers unsuccessfully attempted to turn base metals into gold. Modern discoveries of radioactivity and nuclear fission showed that elements can spontaneously change form. Artificial transmutation now occurs through particle accelerators or nuclear reactors bombarding targets with neutrons or other projectiles to induce nuclear reactions. Natural transmutation created the elements in the universe and continues through cosmic rays and radioactive decay processes on Earth.

Insulation
Glass wool is a thermal insulation that consists of intertwined and
flexible glass fibers, which causes it to "package" air, resulting in a
low density that can be varied through compression and binder content.
It can be a loose fill material, blown into attics, or, together with an
active binder sprayed on the underside of structures, sheets and panels
that can be used to insulate flat surfaces such as cavity wall
insulation, ceiling tiles, curtain walls as well as ducting. It is also used
for soundproofing.
Cavity Wall Insulation is one of the
safest practices for wall insulation
application. Twiga Insul boards are
placed in between the cavity of the wall
leaves. The insulation remains isolated
from external and internal environment
of the building.
Dry Wall Insulation helps attain acoustic
privacy and fire rating. Twiga Insul slabs
are to be placed in the cavities of the
grid structure for partition wall. Both
side of the grid is then covered with OSB
Boards and single or multiple layers of
Gypsum. When it is applied for Prefab
structures the construction helps to
provide thermal efficiency of the
building, too.
Twiga is the leading manufacturer of glass wool
insulation in India having a twenty‐five year track
record of supplying domestic and export customers with
world‐class products for thermal and acoustic
insulation.
An ISO 9001:2008 certified company, Twiga commenced
its operations in 1979 and is a technology licensee of
Isover Saint Gobain, the leading manufacturer of
insulations worldwide.

covered with OSB Boards and workability that makes your project a
from inside & outside. structural success.
OSB manufacturing removes n a t u r a l
imperfections commonly found in other wood
panels, imperfections like knot holes, core
voids and splits panel and panel. OSB is
uniform‐ virtually eliminating most waste
and giving you performance you can build
upon. And since ODB is engineered to
performa, it provides racking, impact & fire
resistance, strength, stiffness and thermal
and acoustical properties.
On sites, OSB is highly workable. It covers
large areas quickly and provides strength and
rigidity to framing members during erection.
Plus, OSB is approved by all major model building codes. It requires no
special treatment, only the same degree of care as other wood panels.
Performance by Design
◆ The fiber for OSB is grown in sustainable forests and tree farms.
◆ The manufacturing process uses nearly 90% of the log, with the balance used
to supply energy.
◆ OSB is environmentally responsible. It takes far more energy and resources to
produce steel, concrete, or other building materials.
◆ Modern mills — costing more than $150 million — are scientifically designed
to meet or exceed strict quality standards for environmental safety.
◆ OSB is safe to use. Resin binders and waxes are completely cured and
stabilized, so there is no measurable off gassing from panels.
