With many years of experience in management positions
in, strategic planning, engineering and production at IBM
and several years of experience in sales and general
management thereafter I am active as a consultant in
business excellence and quality improvement.
My experience in business process management cou-
pled with my analytical and practical abilities in the field
has enabled me to successfully implement continuous
improvement processes, key improvement measurement
and change processes in industries as varied as bank-
ing, IT, car manufacturing and building component man-
ufacturing.
Having trained and coached over four thousand middle
and top managers I am well experienced in transferring
knowledge and experience, thereby securing long-term
value that stays well beyond the time that I spend with
my clients.
My mixture of many years of hands-on experience and
