14. Huskeliste
• Loddebolten blir varm. Ikke berør den.
• Start med de laveste komponentene først (motstandene)
• Sjekk at du velger riktig motstand. Mål med multimeter om du er usikker
• Bøy bena så de passer inn i hullene. Når komponenten er på plass - bøy
bena ut på baksiden
• Motstander kan stå begge veier, men lysdioder, kondensatorer og
transistorer må settes riktig vei
• Sjekk med det ferdige juletreet om du er usikker
18. Vi har både elektronisk og optisk
mikroskop på Bitraf
Det elektroniske har autofokus og
er perfekt for å sjekke loddingen på
siden av en chip. Dette har variabel
zoom.
Det optiske mikroskopet har to
faste zoom-innstillinger.
I bio-labben finnes det enda et
mikroskop med ekstrem
forstørrelse om det trengs.

Kan brukes både til å feste og
løsne komponenter.

Varmlufts-lodding
20. Brukes når du skal bytte
komponenter på et eksisterende

Har varmluft for å tilføre varme på
oversiden.
Har infrarød undervarme. Om man
lar kortet forvarmes med denne vil
ting løsne lettere.
Reflow-stasjon
21. Perfekt for å løsne komponenter
som motstander, kondensatorer og
alt annet som har to festepunkter.
Fungerer også bra for å montere
komponenter med.

Editor's Notes
Loddebolten er varm. Skyll med kaldt vann om du brenner deg. Lodding med bly vs lodding uten bly - blyet er ikke farlig med mindre du spiser det. Langvarig eksponering til røyken fra lodding er derimot ikke ufarlig. Jobb i godt ventilert område og ikke pust inn.
Viktig å huske når man lodder - loddetinnet setter seg på hendene og det gjør blyet også. Vask derfor alltid hendene når du er ferdig! Gjelder også om man lodder med blyfritt! https://www.nrk.no/troms/avslorer-hvorfor-17-fangstmenn-dode-1.8407675
