2. BAD POINTS
• The lip syncing wasn’t on time in some parts
of the video, Bryan didn’t lip sync in time with
the song.
• Some parts in the music video, Bryan forgot
some of the words which shows the viewers
he wasn’t properly prepared.
• The clothes in the music video didn’t show
that the group were in a prison; they didn’t
wear prison uniform (e.g. orange shirt black
trousers)
• At one part of the music video it showed
children playing football which isn’t part of
the song.
• The start of the music video was better than
the end; Bryan was more organized during
the beginning of the music video than during
the end
3. GOOD POINTS
• The beginning of the music video suited the song as
the lip syncing Bryan and his friends were in the gym
which shows the views that they are ‘locked up’
• The editing used in the music video were good as it
showed different types of shots and used split
screens and fade away.
• One scene in the music video when the lip syncing
was arrested which also shows him being ‘locked up’
• During the middle of the video the participants wore
certain clothes to represent that they’re in a ‘gang’
and the setting was next to a wall at night with a
group of youngsters wearing hoodies which also
shows the viewers the Bryan was in a ‘gang’.
4. IMPROVEMENTS
• The lip syncing needs to be on in line with the song; this
will automatically improves the music video.
• He should memorise the song to perfection; he will need
to revise on the lyrics, this would benefit the music video
as mistakes such as forgetting the words would be
avoided. Also knowing the words to perfection would
advance your body language and facial expression.
• All of the members in the music video should of worn
prison garments ( e.g. orange shirt and black trousers) to
show that the group are in ‘locked up’
• The organization of the setting should be more
appropriate to the song; there shouldn’t be children in the
music video.
• The whole music video should be as good as how it
started; which will need 100% concentration and effort.
Consistency is what makes music video’s first class.
