The perferred way to use the LocalView logo is over a white or light background with the
4 color icon and black font.
If the logo must be placed on a dark background, the white alternate logo can be used.

4. A Little Elbow Room
To preserve the LocalView logo’s integrity, always maintain a minimum clear space around
the logo. This space allows a little elbow room in a crowded city of logos, copy, and other
graphic elements.
The clear space for both the horizontal and vertical logo is defined as the height of the “o”
in the watermark. The space bewteen the icon and LocalView is defined seperately, for the
vertical logo it is defined as the rounded part of the lowercase “e”, for the horizontal logo it
is defined as the “c”.
5. Incorrect Logo Usage
Don’t:
.01 Change the proportions of logo elements
.02 Rearrange elements of the logo
.03 Change the case of the letters
.04 Change the logo colors
.05 Add embellishments like drop-shadows, embossings, etc.

6. How do you write it?
LocalView should have a capitalized “L” and “V” when
typed or written.
