This is Localization/Globalization Department.
We are a well-developed localization department having
computer systems capable of required software, tools and, with
fine font environment.

Client Support:
We support our clients for localizing or globalizing in and with all
Indian languages + more than 48 global languages of Asia, Persia,
Europe, Africa and South America.

3. In-house capacity:
Presently; we have 15 Hindi, 3 Tamil, 4 Marathi 2 Bengali, and
1 each for Telugu, Punjabi translators in localization
department. We do have strong capability in Globalization
from same languages. Addition to this we have 2 language
engineering experts. We have teams of multiple domain
experts, senior reviewers, terminologists and TM processing
experts + we are DTP and Web publishing hub!

Vendor support:
We have teams of verified and proved freelancers and agencies for each
language pair. Before adding any freelancer translator or translation agency to
database, they are required to go through test process. Periodically we review
our vendors on the basis of punctuality/capability/availability and; update their
status in the vendor database.
Language Support:
We have a strong support from a team of DTP and Web development/publishing
technology experts, consisting 25 members.

We are well versed in using Trados, Wordfast, and Idiom in the
regular translation work (Fidel is SDLs’ official training center for
Trados!). Besides we have strong hand on; LocStudio, Helium,
Taipan, D-localizer, like clients tools.
