Liz Nehdi Studio, a London-based brand, is launching its inaugural collection of scarves, pocket squares, and handkerchiefs inspired by artistic traditions from around the world. The collection, called Naïve Expressionism, features bold colors and layered patterns. Liz Nehdi aims to celebrate creativity and cultural diversity with luxurious textiles made in Italy. To celebrate the launch, Liz Nehdi Studio will host an event on March 5th at a store in Notting Hill, London.

Liz Nehdi launches eponymous brand of scarves and pocket squares in London
London-based Liz Nehdi Studio announces the launch of their inaugural collection of luxurious
scarves, pocket squares and handkerchiefs for Spring/Summer 2015. The collection, entitled Naïve
Expressionism, draws from Creative Director Liz’s inspirations as a painter, interpreting and
distilling creative traditions from around the globe – from abstract expressionism, art naïf and
aboriginal dot paintings to graffiti, Berber patterns, and psychedelia.
Liz Nehdi’s designs offer a spectacular expression of bold, invigorating colours, hypnotic patterns
and gestural, painterly prints that are layered with meaning. These are complemented by the finest
craftsmanship and luxurious textiles to create playful, distinctive and soulful accessories with an
artistic heritage.
The brand aims to introduce a way of life that celebrates fun, creative expression, optimism, and the
beautiful complexities of the global village in which we all live. Liz Nehdi Studio was founded in
2014 by Liz & Karim Morgan Nehdi. All products are designed in London and made in Italy.

About Liz Nehdi
Liz Nehdi is an American artist and designer based in London. She was born just outside of
Washington, DC and grew up in Bethesda, MD. She studied at Miss Porter's School (USA),
Middlebury College (USA), Dartmouth College (USA) and the University of the Arts London (UK)
- Chelsea College of Art & Design and Central Saint Martins - and holds a BA in Studio Art with
Honors and an MA in Textile Design with Distinction.
Liz travels extensively and has lived in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Singapore.
