help reduce issues related to quot;locked
outquot; PCs when password changes
occur.
That is, if one PC gets locked out,
because it has a unique login, it will
only effect that one PC, not all staff
PCs in branch.

implemented systemwide, will allow
any library employee to access their
Lotus Notes email
from any staff PC.
