This document discusses Plato's theory of forms and the ideal state. It describes the highest forms as the independent, real, divine, invisible and changeless good (the sun), knowledge (dialectic - the state - truth), and man. The document was written by Errol A. Adams for a class on special libraries and information centers taught by Professor Katherine Shelfer in the spring of 2009.
