Custom Fields
Recruiter users can now create custom fields to hold specific information relevant to
their company. With these extra definable fields, users can set unique identifiers required
to meet the needs of their specific organization.

Add to Project
Recruiter users will now have the ability to add/remove a profile from a
project from the profile view, easily view which profile is added to a
project and which one(s), & easily add a status to profile. See below
for images.

Inbox attachments: Recruiter users now have the ability to send and receive
attachments through inmails. Additionally, users will also be able to send attachments
when replying to an inmail

PYMH
People You May want to Hire (PYMH) is a feature in Recruiter where the tool suggests profiles of candidates
that may be of interest to users. This feature is located on the right rail of the homepage. How are PYMH
suggestions based on?
• Prior search facet usage
• Prior inMails sent (those accepted and Similar Profiles to those)
• Job requisition details
• Company and Company brand
• Recent hires made at your company (and Similar Profiles to those)
• Jobs that you or recruiters on your account have posted COMBINED WITH
• Prospect’s propensity to seek a new job
• Prospect’s company follower facet, page views, interests, work experience and school.

Notifications:
Notifications on the LinkedIn Recruiter navigation bar is designed to present users with the flag of the
important alerts.
Alerts include: Saved search notifications, Hiring Managers review notifications, Bulk Import, Job
expirations, and new applicants for job openings.

Smart To-Do List
Smart to-do is an enhancements that allows users to create to-do list while in
product. This feature is intended to increase a recruiters efficiency.
To-do list is the check mark icon located at the top of the recruiter homepage. Users
can click on the icon to start creating their “to-do” lists.
Key features:
- Ability to utilize @ to relate to do’s to profiles, projects, or jobs
- Linking a prospect with @ will link to their profile and show their image (if pictures in
recruiter are activated)
- Previous reminders will be translated into “to-do” items with dates assigned
- Users can drag and drop items to reorder

Recruiter Inbox LTBDs (Little Things, Big Deal)
The below features have been added to the Recruiter “Inbox”
Feature 1 – Show my templates Only – this feature will allow user to filter by their
inmail templates.
Feature 2 – Inbox Timestamp and when replied date

Feature 3 – Ability for admins to delete Templates – This enhancement will now
allow recruiter admins to delete any template on the contract. In the past only
template owners had the ability to delete templates.
