This document describes 5 different personality types: Tiger, Chameleon, Turtle, Eagle, and Salmon. The Tiger is aggressive, confident, and a team leader. The Chameleon is adaptive, flexible, and focuses on managing relationships. The Turtle is cautious, defensive, and security-focused. The Eagle is logical, assertive, and values independence. The Salmon is rebellious, resistant to authority, and focused on generating new options. For each type, characteristics and how they play a role in a team are outlined.
