2. ABSTRACT :
❖ The library management system project has many features which are generally not
available in normal library management systems the features is separate in to the admin and
student. After the student login ,As Student can see how many book they have taken from
library with fine and many more . And also ,view issued book to student. After the admin
login ,As Admin can add a book to library, view available book in library, Issue books to
students, View issued book to students and many more .If user as any problem in this
application they can contact us directly.it is one of the feature in our project. we are include
our college social media links in our application. To develop this project we are going to
use software PYTHON, HTML ,CSS and MongoDB.

ABSTRACT :
❖ The main objective was to overcome the problem of searching the books in the library
and provide automation in a user friendly manner.
❖ The robot with an arm is designed which can search the required book, pick the book
from the rack and deliver the book to the issue counter. It can also place the book in its designated
slot once the book is returned by the borrower.

ABSTRACT :
❖ The robot consist of a line follower robot which works with AT mega328 microcontroller.
The input is given using a matrix key board. the name of the book is displayed in the form of LCD
❖ The RFID card reader scans for RFID tag placed in each book and the RF transceiver used
to communicate between the two ends
❖ The shelf end consist of three motors driven using a motor drive which is used to push the
book from the shelf to the basket in the robot

reduces the manual routine. As development in Robotics is growing fast, we can make robot
more autonomous and sophisticated

❖ HTML, CSS, AND JAVASCRIPT for the front-end
❖ SQL for managing the database .
❖And using a MongoDB
The MongoDB is a document database used to build highly available and scalable internet
application.

8. HARDWARE REQUIREMENT:
❖ The Book details along with its details
❖ WORKSTATION: the library admin and users will require computers or mobile device to
access the system
❖ NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE :the system will need a reliable internetconnection
to enable users to access the web application.

9. EXISTING SYSTEM
• The library management system is a software application that helps librarians and
library staff to manage library resources, patrons, and circulation activities.
• It allows libraries to automate many of their manual processes, reducing the
workload and improving the efficiency of library operations.
• In existing system ,simply we can add ,search and update books ,register new users
and track their borrowing history.
DIS ADVANTAGE :
❖ A librarian who misfiles a borrower's records or indexes a book incorrectly slows down
the process and wastes students' time. Manual systems are also slow to operate.

10. PROPOSED SYSTEM
❖ We offer a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for librarians to manage the library, while
also providing an easy-to-use interface for users to borrow books.
❖ In our system there is a features If user as any problem in this application they can contact us
directly like a feedback feature.it is one of the feature in our project.
❖ After a student registration the admin can see the students, and books provided to students are
provided in an easy manner

❖Profile panel
In our profile panel have a student login and admin login. with our college photo.
❖ Feedback feature
User can sent the feedback to our college or admin with user name, mail address and feedback
message.
❖database for book issued to students
The book issued student shows all the details of the student and their issued book,( including
student name enrollment ,branch, book name, book author ,issued date ,expiry date and fine
amount )
❖ database for student registration
After a student registration the admin can see the students, and books provided to students
are provided in an easy manner

resources. This might include features for managing e-books, audio and video content, online
databases, and other digital materials.
• Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML): AI and ML technologies can be used to
enhance library management systems in several ways, such as improving search and
recommendation algorithms, automating repetitive tasks, and providing personalized services to
patrons.
• Mobile access: Library management systems can be enhanced by providing mobile access to
library resources and services. This might include features such as mobile apps, mobile-friendly
websites, and mobile-optimized interfaces for borrowing and renewing materials.

27. CONCLUSION
❖ A library management system is a software solution designed to automate various
processes involved in managing a library, including cataloging, circulation, acquisition,
serials management, interlibrary loan, reporting, patron management, and administration.
With the help of a library management system, libraries can streamline their operations,
reduce manual effort, and provide better services to their patrons. The different modules of
the library management system work together to provide an integrated and efficient system
for managing the library's resources and services. Overall, a library management system is
an essential tool for modern libraries looking to keep up with the changing needs of their
patrons and stay competitive in the digital age
