• Library Management System is a simple console application
without graphics, developed using C programming language.
• It is compiled in Code::Blocks using GCC compiler.
• This mini project utilizes various aspects of the C language
such as functions, arrays, pointers, file handling, and data
structure.
• With this simple application, users can perform all the basic
book-related operations and features provided by today’s
advanced library management software.

• To develop a project named “LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” and is
developd to maintain the operation done in a library.
• To Ease the transactions done in Library by computerizing the whole system.
• The concept of storing or recording the details of books embedded within the
user's system is known as Library Management System. It details the type of
books, the list of books, etc. Only a person with the login credentials can access
the Library Management System. That person can perform many operations like
adding the book details, removing the book details, displaying the book details,
modifying the book details, etc.

• The scope of this project is to provide improved and
optimized service. All manual work converted into
computerized, so workload of workers decreases.

• So this system is very helpful to local students.

objective of this system is to provide data storage in
efficient manner by giving security to data. This project
library mangement system is targeted towards the
modern library. Proper mangement and audit of books
possibly through easy to use interface for the customer.

focuses on basis operation in a library like adding new
member, new books and updating new information,
searching books, etc.

books. All transactionms are computerized.

system & automated system,we conclude that the
automated system is based.
