Major problems include unsafe water conditions that often cause sickness and a lack of doctors, with only 3 per 100,000 people. Proposed solutions involve putting up warning signs about the water and paying doctors more to increase that profession within Liberia. The author's final plan is to ask neighboring countries for help in exchange for Liberia's resources or through forming alliances.

One major problem in Liberia are that the water conditions in
lakes, river, oceans, (etc) are not in good shape so if
someone goes in the water then you will probably get sick.
Even the water conditions so bad they don’t have people
around to watch them or even and signs saying don’t go in the
water.
Another problem that is bad in Liberia is that there are only
about 3 doctors for 100 thousand people! So lots of people
doe from sicknesses and injuries.

5. Solutions
Some solutions for Liberia’s problems could be to put up signs saying to
not go in the water an telling what could happen if you went in. Also if
Liberia’s government paid a lot more for the jobs their country need then
maybe the citizens of Liberia might want to be doctors.
Other countries could help with Liberia’s problems like maybe they could
let people in our country go to their hospitals and maybe help our country
with our other problems too. They could maybe let some people in Liberia
go to schools in their regions and help us find teacher and maybe even
find Liberia some teachers.

6. Final Plan
My plan to help Liberia is to ask for help with the other local countries and trade
them our resources (iron, rubber ,etc.) for their help. I also believe that we can help
the other regions so if they don’t accept our resources then we can help them kind
of form and allience.
