- As a class, they must decide who will be 13 leaders. Once the leaders are chosen they will choose their team of 4. Each group has a small ball of modeling clay and 12 toothpicks. Instruct them to build the longest self supported bridge. Points will be awarded for length of the bridge and ability to stand without tipping over. The catch is all teams can only do what the leaders instruct them to do. As the leader of the group, what contributed to your success or failure? - mirror and the window Did you assign specific tasks or roles to each individual? - Getting the right people on the bus -Did luck contribute to the success of your group? -Do you blame your teamates for the loss?
