Hello, I am Stephanie Dunn, and am sending an e-mail in regard to Chef Albert Retamar. He has
catered several events for my family and me while we lived in California. Albert was always
professional and cordial in demeanor which made it easy to work with him. He was punctual,
prepared everything in a timely manner, and the presentation of the food was very appealing.
Some of my favorite dishes prepared by Albert include his Fettuccini Alfredo which was a
creamy delight with a hint of nutmeg that gave it a warmth in flavor I had not tasted before. The
other dish that I absolutely loved was his Parmesan Crusted Chicken. The Parmigiano-Reggiano
with the panko crusting made this dish amazing; it was full of flavor and the crunch was perfect.
Though both of these dishes may be pretty simple, Albert made them unforgettable. I have yet to
