I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for about two years. My group interfaced with her on a
regular basis, regarding many different aspects of various customer orders, activity as well as many
other MRP / ERP related issues. Jennifer is one of those individuals that was always ready to help.
Many times she went beyond the call, as she simply wanted to lend a hand and help get things done.
Her responsibilities during the time we worked together, was in a Customer Service Management
capacity. She is a very organized person, which blended well with her flair for communicating. That
combination makes Jennifer a valuable asset to any company. She was a member of an implementation
team on an MRP project for my Business Unit. She excelled past most other team members with her
contribution and thorough understanding of our system. She was quick to volunteer and help as the
MRP project progressed. So much so, that she lead several aspects with the overall project. There was a
point when I was hopeful to pull her into my team, but unfortunately timing just didn’t work out. I was
anxious to get someone with her ability to dive into the details on my team. It’s a characteristic, I wish
more people had.
If I ever have the chance to hire Jennifer in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate.
