To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Marshall Moody. I am the Manager of Industrial and Commercial Accounts
for SourceGas Arkansas, and I highly recommend Leslie Tabor for the open position in
back-office billing (BOB).
Leslie is well respected for her helpfulness, responsiveness, and her knowledge of
SAP. On multiple occasions, when I asked a call center manager for help with a large
customer’s account or billing information, he or she immediately directed me to Leslie.
Often times I would have to wait in line at her desk as she helped many others with
similar questions. Several years ago I started going directly to Leslie with all account
and billing questions. Not only does Leslie solve my problems, but she responds in a
very timely manner and provides a clear explanation and all supporting documentation.
She treats me with tremendous respect. She understands that my request is from a
large SourceGas customer and responds as if she is working directly for the customer.
Her knowledge and positive attitude contribute greatly to high quality customer service.
The thing I appreciate most about Leslie is her reliability. If you ask her for help, you
know that she will solve your problem and exceed your expectations. For example,
when Wal-Mart opens a store and requests an account to be set up, they submit a four-
page document requesting rate information. Prior to setting up the account in Wal-
Mart’s name, it must be set up in the contractor’s name. Wal-Mart has had a lot of new
store activity in the last several years in many States in SourceGas’ territory and Leslie
has made sure that all their accounts were set up accurately and that the account was
transferred to their name on their specified date. Leslie has never missed a transfer
date which has resulted in an excellent relationship with the Wal-Mart Energy
Department. With Wal-Mart’s corporate office being in the Rogers, Arkansas Division, it
is valuable to foster a professional relationship with the world’s largest retailer. Leslie’s
support has enabled us to shine in the eyes of Wal-Mart and set the standard for
customer service in the natural gas industry.
I have taken some very complicated billing questions to Leslie. She listens well and
takes personal responsibility for making sure my problem is solved. Instead of referring
me to BOB, she does everything possible to solve the problem herself. In the unlikely
event that she is not able to personally solve my problem, she knows exactly who to

call in BOB to expedite the solution and makes sure that she remains part of the
process so that she can learn while going the extra mile to ensure that my needs are
met. While having listened to Leslie and the person from BOB discuss my problem on
numerous occasions, I get the sense that Leslie has a great deal of understanding of
the BOB job responsibilities. For this reason and for the many reasons listed above, I
believe Leslie will contribute immediately, strengthen the BOB department, and
improve BOB’s already excellent customer service level.
