Brittany completed an editorial work experience placement with Cosmopolitan Australia
from the 6th
– 10th
June.
Throughout her week at Cosmopolitan, her efficiency and enthusiasm have been a great
support to myself and the team.
Brittany work experience role included a variety of responsibilities, such as transcribing
interviews for the features team and assisting me in sourcing international features.
Brittany helped brainstorm in-mag feature ideas and assisted the fashion department with
call ins and returns. She also assisted the online team daily by uploading articles through our
Content Management System as well as updating the entertainment database with media
releases and sending out magazine subscriptions, amongst a host of office ad hoc duties.
Brittany is a particularly fast worker, and has no problems taking in great deals of
information. She is efficient, reliable and a well-rounded worker and I wish her all the best in
her future endeavours.
I would highly recommend her for an editorial based position.
