I am writing this on behalf of Emily Orlando. I have had the pleasure of working with Emily for
the last 12 years. We first worked together in the same primary care district at Eisai. I was new
to the company and Emily quickly became a valuable resource with her knowledge and passion
for our products. She moved into the field trainer role in addition to maintaining her territory
and was able to help so many others grow and understand our business. Emily is intelligent,
incredibly organized and sells with conviction because she truly cares about the patient.
I was promoted into Oncology sales with Eisai after 5 years in primary care/specialty and Emily
continued to excel in her role as field trainer and specialty representative. She is the type of
representative you want in front of your customers. She is not only extremely knowledgable
about her products and disease states but personable and makes the total office call a priority.
When Emily developed an interest in learning about the oncology side of our business, she was
one of few who were accepted into Eisai’s Oncology University and took it upon herself to ask
me to mentor her in this area. She attended dinner programs and lunches in my territory so
she could continue to learn and spent time volunteering at the Regional Cancer Center in Erie,
PA. Again, her passion to grow and excel took over. Emily is one of the most driven and
determined representatives I have ever know. She is one of few who were promoted to
Distinguished Medical Sales Specialist because of her success. As a colleague and peer, I know
Emily will be a valuable asset to any company she works for.
