Elchin Ballayev has been a tremendous student over the past four years at Azerbaijan Technical University according to Dean Ilham Aslanzade. As a dean of the Department of Business and Engineering Administration at
Azerbaijan Technical University, I have had the pleasure of knowing Elchin
Ballayev for four years. He has been a tremendous student and an asset to our
institute. I hope my perspective will be helpful to you as you evaluate this
exceptional candidate.
I have conducted 2 courses on Economics to his class and during this period of
time he could show himself from the bestside. Elchin quickly learned to manage
his time, work in group situations under strict deadline and he was very clear in his
ideas and could appropriately express himself which, I think, is the good
determinant of his verbal ability. Furthermore, while checking quizzes or exam
papers, I was witnessed of applicant’s writing ability. His writing was clear and I
easily could understand what he wanted to imply. So according to my experience, I
am sure that Elchin can very easily and clearly express himself both in writing and
verbally.
Another important characteristic is that he never gives up. During semester I could
apparently observe this feature of him. He is actively involved in social activities.
During discussions, I discovered how he has social responsibility and desire to
contribute his country, society. I felt that he uses his knowledge to contribute to
others as well.
