I have had the pleasure of working extensively with Alexandria Kocsy for the past year. She has been
an integral part in the growth and progress of the Zenefits Member Processing team. Alex has been a
senior subject matter expect for my team since May of 2015.
Our ever-changing business needs have required the member processing team to change their work
processes on an almost daily schedule. Alex has not only been able to adapt to our needs
instantaneously but her meticulous work ethic and patience allowed her to be a resource for the
agents who work under her management.
Alex’s breadth of knowledge of our product (console) and the services that we, Zenefits, provide to
our clients make her a valuable asset to any team she is on. She has always been able to
comprehend difficult processes and relay them to those who report to her all while completing the
