I would like to offer my recommendation of Kelsey Veloso. Kelsey helped us open our Caruso’s restaurant
downtown Spokane, Washington. Kelsey brought an incredible team spirit to our restaurant. She is a fun person
with a great sense of humor that become a favorite for many coworkers to work with. But she was also diligent.
She had the agility and speed to do any job in our restaurant, and to do it well. Additionally, she had the
humility to take constructive criticism willingly, and she put any coaching into practice immediately. Everyone
needs coaching, but it seems more and more rare to have employees that truly demonstrate a teachable spirit the
way that she did. She became one of our strongest and most reliable employees. She was someone we could
trust with unsupervised responsibilities, such as opening or closing the restaurant. Finally, she is highly
intelligent, and picked up any responsibilities more rapidly than most. If I had the opportunity, I would
immediately hire a hundred Kelsey’s! She will do well for any employer that adds her to their team.
