1. That under signed is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep
Narayan Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas,
Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District Katihar,
Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj
Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner-
in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ Petition
(Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No.
66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ
Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme
Court of India.
2. That petitioner-in-person is not your slave and restless to
know about the Status of Non Bail able Warrant and Gang Rape

matter W.P. (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 at the Website of
Supreme Court of India, so that he can plan out his travel plan
to go back his home town. Petitioner has been made a slave by
your registry since 21.09.2022 at Delhi.
3. That petitioner wants to know whether the said matter will
be dismissed on default without reference to the Court or to be
listed before Chamber Judge for further office Order.
4. That petitioner also wants to know the fixed date of hearing
in this matter if it will be listed before Chamber Judge for
further office Order.
5. That petitioner has filed his final reply by way of
Interlocutory Application no.157294 dated 17.10.2022 as
written arguments.
6. That Petitioner will not re-file any further legal documents
in this matter in absence of speaking judicial order passed by
Chamber Judge.
7. That State is exercising delaying tactics to break the
petitioner down as well as the victims to suppress the Non Bail
able Warrant and Gang Rape matter W.P. (Criminal) Diary No.
18546/2022 since 31.05.2021 and thereafter since 7.06.2022.

The barbaric act of State is continued against the petitioner as
well as against the victims since 18 years.
8. That petitioner is putting up at the Shelter Home, DUSIB
Code no.214 near Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi since 21.09.2022 in
miserable condition and restless to go back home.
9. Hence, petitioner requests you to direct the registry to update
the Status of Non Bail able Warrant and Gang Rape matter
W.P. (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 at the Website of
Supreme Court of India immediately.
