  2. Learning Event 2017: Die digitale Revolution verändert die Arbeitsanforderungen an die MitarbeiterInnen radikal. Klassische Weiterbildungsinstrumente stoßen an ihre Grenzen. Am 23. März 2017 veranstaltet das Know-Center eine Informationsveranstaltung zum Thema Learning 4.0, in der die Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf die menschliche Arbeit und mögliche Lösungsansätze im Mittelpunkt stehen. Es werden die Ergebnisse einer aktuellen Know-Center Studie zum Thema „der Mensch in der Industrie 4.0“ vorgestellt, an der über 20 renommierte produzierende Industrieunternehmen aus Österreich, Deutschland, Liechtenstein und Italien teilgenommen haben. Aktuelle Herausforderungen sowie Trends und Lösungsvorschläge werden vorgestellt und diskutiert. Learning Event 2018: Professionelles Lernen in Unternehmen soll und muss auch außerhalb von Schulungen – und zwar verwoben mit dem täglichen Arbeitsablauf - statt finden. Lernen ist „Part of the Job“! Lernbedürfnisse entstehen dabei direkt aus dem Arbeitsprozess und -umfeld. Dieses Lernen folgt keinem Lehrplan, und die Lernenden haben die Kontrolle über den Lernprozess. Natürlich kann diese Art des Lernens auch völlig analog stattfinden, zum Beispiel durch direkten Austausch mit KollegInnen. Immer häufiger findet es aber digital statt – im digitalen Austausch mit KollegInnen, durch Suche in verschiedenen Wissensbasen, durch digitale Notizen, Reflexion, etc. Mit Hilfe von Learning Analytics kann man digitale Spuren analysieren die durch solche Aktivitäten hinterlassen werden – und diese Spurensuche kann den Lernenden dabei helfen, Klarheit in Bezug auf Lernziele, Fortschritte und erfolgreiche Strategien zum Wissenserwerb zu erhalten. MitarbeiterInnen die das Lernen am Arbeitsplatz besser managen können, eignen sich Wissen schneller an und lösen damit Probleme effektiver. Learning 4.0 2019: Schwerpunkt: Digitale Kompetenzen und Blended Learning für Professionals: Mit zunehmender Digitalisierung erleben wir täglich im direkten Umfeld am Arbeitsplatz und auch im privaten Leben, wie neue digitale Technologien unser Leben und unsere Arbeit beeinflussen. Neue Tätigkeitsfelder und Berufsbilder entstehen, damit eröffnen sich neue Chancen, die aber gleichzeitig auch Unsicherheit bedeuten können. Digitale und datengetriebene Geschäftsmodelle, komplexes Wissensmanagement und neuartige Technologien erfordern aber insbesondere auch neue Qualifikationen und neue Kombinationen von Qualifikationen. Wie sonst sollen MitarbeiterInnen mit Technologien wie Künstlicher Intelligenz, virtueller Realität, Bots oder jede Art von adaptiven Systemen umgehen und diese anwenden können. Kurz zusammengefasst: Neue Arbeitswelten erfordern und ermöglichen neues Lernen – Lernen 4.0.
