Erwin and Karen,
I felt compelled to write this and asked Jacqueline for her managers contact information. I wanted to get
this note out before we enter the final stages of our go-live and she and the whole team depart. While
the experience and service I had from the Leidos team met all general expectations, Jacqueline far exceed
them at all times.
Rather than try and detail all of the items that she went above and beyond on, the multiple times where
we utilized her natural leadership, the times where we asked her to juggle several priority 1 items, or the
simple fact that we had her consistently interact with some of our most senior leaders it’s far easier to cast
a broad brush and make you both aware that her individual actions alone had a huge impact on the
overall successful outcome of our program.
This of course should not detract from the many other high performers that we part of the service,
however it should highlight Jacqueline’s 100% exceptional performance, her demonstrated commitment
and value and her constant over and above attitude.
I hope this finds its way into the appropriate personnel file and is considered within your organization
where performance is measured and rewarded.
