1. LEAVING (AS PER ENTRY IN SAP PA40)
 Resignation
 Superannuation
 Termination
 Death

2. APPROVALS ( IN CASE OF RESIGNATION)
Approval of resignation-
 Concern HOD( for notice period of 90 days)
 Director (for less than 90 days notice period)
 Issued acceptance letter with relieving note format and
guidance for online no dues process.

3. ONLINE NO DUES PROCESS
Apply online no dues process through Pay slip Login
Portal.
HR check all credentials and forwarded to nominated
nodal officials.
Completion of online no dues process

4. CALCULATION OF DUES
 Relieving note received from concerned HOD
 Check Absentee Statement: Whether which type of leave
availed in notice period other than CL/RH
 If Excess CL taken LWP created in place of CL
 Calculate the amount of service bond, training cost and
notice period.

5. SAP –LEAVING IN PA40
 Enter Employee No.
 Enter date of last working day in DMRC then execute.
 Reason for action-
Resignation/Superannuation/Termination

6. CONT...
Automatically pages open (Perks, HRA, PF, GSLI, NPS(if taken))
then select and delimit.
After completion, open Date Specification page and enter next day
of last working day in DMRC
Recheck all pages (Perks, HRA, GSLI, NPS( if taken)), whether
delimited all the pages or not.
Check absence quota and given quota as per last working day
(Also check LWP for recovery of leave)
