This document discusses preparing young people for the future workforce in a changing world. It notes that routine jobs are declining while expert jobs are increasing, reflecting radical shifts in the 20th century workforce. To prepare for this, it advocates for pedagogies tailored to each stage of human development that build on earlier stages. Emerging job types of the future are listed, and a complex adaptive learning system is proposed to make sense of this "Wisdom Age world" through real-time idea generation and finding patterns across perspectives. Learning game design principles and an example game are also outlined.
