This document outlines an activity using the A3 problem solving tool to help groups reach the goal of getting to the moon in 10 rounds. It describes the current status of groups of 7-10 people building paper planes to reach the target without exceeding 5 minutes for the first round and provides tips for the second and third rounds such as checking plans are SMART, following the plan, collecting and tracking data, and using data from previous rounds to validate assumptions. A debrief follows the activity.
