This document discusses the key elements of high performing leadership. It identifies five roles of leaders: vision creator, tasks allocator, team builder, motivation stimulator, and people developer. As a vision creator, a leader analyzes internal and external factors to create a vision for the future of the team/organization and sets goals and action plans to achieve the vision. A leader acts as a tasks allocator by understanding how to delegate tasks to people in order to get things done. As a team builder, a leader develops team identity, communication, and enjoyment. A motivation stimulator understands the importance of collaboration, meaningful work, and choice in empowering employees. Finally, a people developer creates learning and development plans to help employees grow.
