LDR Plant is a virtual pet for couples in long distance relationships. It uses wearable temperature and humidity sensors worn by each partner to track their environment throughout the day. When back together, partners can feed the virtual plant data from their sensors, allowing them to raise a plant and focus on each other despite their separation. The plant species changes based on the combined sensor data from both partners, replacing the need to focus on distance with focusing on their relationship.
